By the shipping date announced on this page at the latest. You receive a tracking number by email on the day of dispatch. As long as the piece has not left, you can cancel by a simple email and be refunded in full.
The first series is made in small quantity. Pre-ordering allows production to start without overproducing, and holds this price. That is also why the first series is limited to ten pieces.
